Escape to our beautiful Wild Meadow – a peaceful camping field offering all the freedom of wild camping with just the right amount of comfort.

Set on the highest part of Gwynus Caravan & Camping Park, the meadow enjoys spectacular panoramic views across the Welsh countryside. Wake up to mountains stretching out ahead, with glimpses of the Irish Sea to one side and Cardigan Bay to the other. It’s a truly special spot that feels wonderfully untouched.

The meadow is designed for campers who love nature, open skies and quiet surroundings. There are no electric hook-ups and no vehicles in the camping area, creating a peaceful environment where children can play safely and you can truly switch off.

A dedicated car park is located around a 3-5 minute walk from the field, allowing the meadow to remain traffic-free while still being easily accessible.

Although you’ll enjoy the atmosphere of wild camping, you’re never far from modern conveniences. Campers have access to nearby toilets, hot showers, washing-up facilities and all the amenities of the main campsite, including our friendly on-site bar where you can relax with a drink after a day exploring the coast and mountains.

Whether you’re watching the sunset over Cardigan Bay, stargazing beneath some of Wales’ darkest skies or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, our Wild Meadow offers a camping experience that’s difficult to find elsewhere.
